True friends

What makes this activity  interesting and preferable  for the students is its personal approach.They seem to quite like questionnaires in the first place especially when they are closely connected with facts revealing their true self or personality and secondly grammar when it's not practices in the usual style.In True friends we focus on both.To start with you need to find students who are close friends as they are supposed to ask and answer questions of personal character and need to know each other quite well.Then one of the students is asked to leave the room and wait outside for a while.At the meantime the other student  writes together with the class all sorts of questions on the whiteboard and puts two columns for the answers.The next step is to invite the other student into the classroom with his or her eyes closed and put him or her sit with their back to the questions.The class starts asking questions and the first student puts his or her answers in the column without saying anything and then the blinded student answers orally and we put his or her answers in their column.At the end of the activity the class together with the participating couple check the answers and find out whether they really know each other well or not so well.It's a lot of fun, the students get really excited while doing it  and it's perfect for practicing questions .
